ITIL Qualified Incident & Problem Manager required. You will have 3-5 years experience working in an ITIL service environment with proven skills in incident & problem management. You must have a minimum of an ITIL foundation qualification. This role will be working as part of a dedicated managed service team for a leading consultancy. The client is a global blue chip and the operation is 24x7 so you must be prepared to work shifts which will be rewarded with healthy allowances for both contract and permanent positions.
